Microplastics, PFAS and CHEMZYME to the Rescue

At Super Seminar 2024 in Las Vegas, Dr Harris and Doug Grant presented study after study of the many ways we are exposed to toxins of many varieties in the air, water, and our food.  Some like PFAS can contaminate us by just touching receipts from stores and drinking or storing liquids in plastic containers.

The last couple of Puzzle Pieces we gave you a lot of new research on microplastics and how they are threatening our lifestyles and our lives.  Please review them on our website, Brimhall.com.

Homecoming 2025 On January 23-26 in Phoenix, Arizona will be a continuation and Expansion/Explosion of the research and solutions to detoxify from the exposure and contamination of our toxic world.  The theme is DETOX to THRIVE.  I wanted the theme to be DETOX OR DIE… However, Doug wanted to tone it down a bit. When you get the whole story from Dr Harris, Doug Grant, Drs Brett and John Brimhall, Dr Ridgeway, Dr Porter, Dr Cook and others, I think you will see my title was maybe not too strong after all.

To allow our body to detoxify with a much better ability, OHS has developed and formulated a phenomenal new nutraceutical CHEMZYME.  It contains a newly developed enzyme PHTHALAZYME, which is accompanied by (Thermostable Esterase from Sulfobacillus Acidophilus), Peptidase, and Dippeptidyl Peptidase IV, Lactase and Phytase.  Today, lets discuss PFAS, known as “forever chemicals.” They have been linked to poor sleep quality, according to researchers at the University of Southern California. The study looked at blood samples and sleep habits of more than 140 young adults, ages 19 to 24.

Results showed that higher levels of four specific PFAS chemicals — PFDA, PFHxS, PFOA, and PFOS — were linked to sleep problems. Participants with the most exposure to these chemicals slept up to 1 hour and 20 minutes less each night compared to those with lower levels.

PFAS chemicals remain in the environment for a long time and are commonly found in everyday items like nonstick cookware, clothing, and shampoos. Most Americans have detectable levels of these chemicals in their blood, raising health concerns.

The study showed that high levels of one type, PFOS, were especially linked to difficulties falling asleep, staying asleep and feeling tired during the day. Poor sleep is important to address, as it can lead to long-term health issues, including memory problems, type 2 diabetes, and Alzheimer’s disease.  Lack of sleep raises cortisol, which also leads to blood sugar problems and weight gain.

The USC team also examined how PFAS chemicals affect genes linked to sleep, health, and wellness. They identified seven genes influenced by these chemicals that might impact sleep patterns. One of these genes helps produce cortisol as mentioned, a hormone that regulates sleep cycles, while another, Cathepsin B, is related to memory and brain health, including Alzheimer’s.

The findings suggest that exposure to PFAS from an early age, possibly even before birth, could have long-term effects on sleep and overall health.

See You at Homecoming 2025!  You, your family’s, and your patient’s health depend on you getting the information and the new solutions now available.

CHEMZYME will become your new best friend!  Dr Brett and I will teach a workshop to demonstrate how serious and common this problem is and how to recognize, test and evaluate who needs detoxification.  We will show you how to demonstrate to your patients they have contamination, what glands and organs are affected and how to detoxify them for much needed improved results.

Stem Cells will also be available on Thursday during the treatment session.  If you have interest, please contact Jason at 480-964-5198 as immediately as possible for the details.

Homecoming 2025 will cover these and many other topics on evaluating toxic exposure and detoxification processes,
YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO MISS!

See You January 23-26 in Tempe, Arizona.
