OHS and Doug Grant Score 10/10 for Brimhall Homecoming 2024
This
year’s Homecoming went beyond expectations. It is a lot of work and
expense to put on such a comprehensive teaching and learning
experience. It seemed Doug and his team had worked night and day for
the past 6 months to pull it off at the highest level. From audiovisual
to speaker content and amalgamation was a perfect 10.
The common theme became healthy weight and blood sugar that creates
Health and Wellness, besides an optimal weight and look. New products
were released by OHS, including the Black Seed Oil pearls that are
antiviral, antibiotic, anti-yeast and anti-parasitic. I have been using
test batches for 2-3 months now for beyond understanding the incredible
results, including helping Long Haul Covid patients.
Fasting is an important part of any proper weight program. OHS has
released an entire ap for your phone to guide you through the process
and complimentary nutrients. Proper nutritional protocols and nutrients
were released for male and female hormone balance.
Dr Porter reviewed his many programs on BrainTap for weight loss and
fasting protocols. His presentation helped us to understand the
importance of grounding and daily balancing of the stresses of life
using BrainTap, which I do every day. I now know how to do it better.
Dr Brett Brimhall’s presentations were outstanding with laser,
concussion protocols, implementing whole patient integrative programs
and procedures using all Six Steps to Wellness seamlessly. Doug, Dr
Brett, and Dr Porter came up with ideas on making Dr Porter’s OHS
nutrition even better.
Dr Brett, Dr Harris, and Doug will be teaching a class next month in
February at Dallas Texas, including nutrient testing, Adjuster and
Percussor fascia treatment, Peptides and overviewing the many new

Dr Cook reviewed an impressive much-inclusive treatment he is using in
his office for weight loss. He covered the tools, nutrition and
procedures involving many of the Six Seps in his protocol.
Dr Harris was in rare form to teach us biochemistry, nucleotides,
controlling metabolism, heat shock proteins, and specific nutrition for
specific conditions. He finished up the seminar with incredible
insights on how to understand and utilize the Kreb’s Cycle to increase
health and wellness.
Doug Grant seemed to be everywhere at once meeting the needs of
everyone. His team was spot-on in all areas. They have all been
working around the clock with the new products and innovations. He
covered attracting health and abundance by proper techniques and
nutrition. He covered naturally balancing hormones, peptides, the
dangers of fluorides, endocrine disruptors, phthalates, and EMF.
I covered the incredible amount of life-changing information and step by
step innovations/implementations in the books Fiber Fueled, The
Diabetes Code and the Obesity Code. I recommend all of my patients and
family to read and apply the knowledge of these books. When someone
books an appointment, I recommend at that time they start reading or
listening to these books on Audible. They have hundreds of documented
studies that demonstrate INSLIN causes fat accumulation. They show
refined carbs release the most insulin, along with stress (cortisol),
and not enough sleep. Healthy fats do not make you fat. Sugars and
insulin create the most fat in our bodies. Fasting is an answer to many
of these problems. We must feed and then fast in proper balance to
keep our weight and health optimal.

Both Dr Brett and I demonstrated the Six Steps protocols as we taught
and treated patients. We know it is not enough. You all need hands
on. So, I have been challenged to do a hands-on almost one on one
treating and teaching seminar April 18-20, here in Gilbert AZ. This is
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday ALL DAY. I will take only 8-10 people
who want to learn, know and be able to do every aspect of Structural
corrections (Spinal, craniosacral, extremities, visceral manipulation
acupuncture - with manual, instrument and percussor). Nutritional
testing, understanding, and dosing, along with many emotional release
techniques, detoxification, EMF diagnosis and treatment will be covered
in depth.
