Let’s take a deeper look at the Vitamin B's: The Brain, Body, Immunity and the Nervous System Are At Stake.
Today we're going to look at the nutritional aspect of these functions.

Opti-Methyl-B
is a wonderful, naturally methylated source of the B Vitamins. A simple reflex test can be extreemely accurate to identify the need for this nutrient complex.
