Brandy L Brimhall CPC, CMCO is one of our speakers at Homecoming January 24-27. She enjoys learning about and creating successful practices and understanding every aspect of what the doctor and office needs to know to allow for answers in every arena.

The book E-Myth for Physicians and every other E-Myth book state very clearly, being an incredible technician or doctor does not make us a good business-person. Brandy has worked in every aspect of Chiropractic and in Chiropractic and Medical billing. She has billed for as many as 32 offices at a time. She has managed each aspect of an office and as many as four at a time. She is a consultant for software companies and ChiroCode, as well as Brimhall Health Path Seminars and Health Path Products.

The newest statistics from the OIG (Office of Inspector General) states there are 94-100% ERROR RATES committed by Chiropractors in their documentation, record keeping and using the proper codes to substantiate what they say they did. Brandy is also certified in Compliance. This combination of multiple certifications and experience in many offices makes her invaluable to us in our practices. Recently a doctor had her evaluate their records and documentation, mentioning they thought they had it already near perfect. Brandy’s recommendations for changes, deletions and incomplete records, documentation and proper codes took eleven pages.

No one has passed the test so far without making some important changes.
